Quality is assured through continuous inspections throughout the coil production process, conducted by highly qualified personnel using profile projectors and “go/no-go” controllers. Each machine undergoes cyclical control checks at defined intervals with certified devices, while our team performs meticulous visual inspections across the entire coil production line to ensure consistency and reliability.

 Advanced Testing and Calibration

Our Quality Control Department conducts daily random tests on coil samples using specialized measuring instruments, including the profile projector. These tests ensure precision, dimensional accuracy, and full compliance with technical requirements. The level and frequency of testing are determined by the product type or production stage, enabling targeted, efficient quality monitoring.

All measuring and testing equipment is systematically calibrated and regularly verified to maintain accuracy and traceability.

The raw materials we use are always accompanied by supplier quality certificates and test reports, while internal inspections are carried out on all incoming supplies.

 Final Coil Product Verification

Upon completion, the Quality Control Department issues Certificates of Conformity for all final coils, confirming full compliance with customer specifications and design drawings.
